    Harsh Truth

Three things people ask us — and the honest answer.

We would rather you hear the real position from us today than from a judge two years later.

Can I get my money back fast if I file a case?Usually no. A money-recovery case takes years in most Indian courts. A strong legal notice and a settlement often get you more, and faster. We tell you when a case is worth it, and when it is not.
A verbal promise is as good as a written one, right? In practice, rarely. Courts decide on proof. Without messages, receipts or witnesses, a verbal deal is very hard to enforce. We show what counts as proof and how to collect it today.
If I ignore the notice, it will go away.It will not. Silence is often treated as admission, and a court can go ahead without you. Every notice has a deadline. We tell you the deadline and what your reply must say.
    How an answer is made

    Nothing here is guessed.

The same three steps, for every question, every time.

    Step 1

Your question, as you asked it

No form, no jargon. Type it the way you would say it to a friend.

    Step 2

    Read against real law

The relevant pages of judgments and bare law are pulled from a library of 1.5 lakh+ pages — never from memory.

    Step 3

    Checked, then written plainly

Every claim is checked against those pages before it reaches you. If the sources do not support an answer, we say so.
